Seaweed East and West

My fascination with seaweed fragments: kelp, sea lettuce and eelgrass, cast up by the tides on both the east and west coasts culminated in this recent series. I used both gelatin plate and linoleum block printing on silk to capture the ethereal appearance of the seaweed.
